Warranty Policy Statement

warranty policy

1. WARRANTY

(1) 12 months from the date of shipment.

(2) Repair kits provided for each tent.

(3) For bulk orders, spare rods and screws will be provided at a ratio of 1%-2%.


2. FREE WARRANTY COVERAGE

(1) Within the warranty period, quality problems that occur when the customer installs and uses the product according to the instructions.

(2) Warranty scope including frame, PVC cover, inner layer, window, door and another equipment supplied with tent together.


3. PAID WARRANTY COVERAGE

(1) Warranty period has expired.

(2) Damage caused by improper transportation, storage and installation by customer.

(3) Improper use or man-made damage.

(4) We will clean and inspect the product again, which was test installment according to the customer's requirements before leaving the factory, but the rust of the pipes and other connecting parts is not covered by the warranty.

(5) Others that are not covered by the free warranty.


4. QUALITY DISCREPANCY AND CLAIM

Shall the quality and technology be found not in conformity with those stipulated in this contract, aside from those usual natural changes of quality in the transit and losses within the responsibility of the shipping company and /or insurance company, the buyers shall have right within 7days after the arrival of goods at the destination to lodge discrepancy concerning the quality of the goods. And the buyers have to submission the sellers with inspection Certificate issued by authoritative commodity inspection organ which accepted by both parties .With7days after receipt of the claim, the seller has to compensate to the buyer all loss as the consequence of the said discrepancy.
